NDIS

Michele is an NDIS registered provider, and is approved to deliver the following supports to NDIS participants:

• Individual Speech Pathology intervention - $190 per hour
• Individual Speech Language Pathology intervention - $190 per hour
• Individual assessment, therapy and/or training for assistive technology needs; e.g. communication software, speech generating devices, communication books - $190 per hour
• Communications & Information Equipment

Fees are in line with the current NDIS Price Guide.

All supports and associated costs will be discussed and outlined in a service agreement / schedule of supports before any services are delivered.

Quotes for services are available upon request.

Medicare

Michele is a registered Medicare provider, and can deliver medicare rebateable speech pathology services to clients under the following programs:

• Chronic Disease Management Program - $190 per hour / $95 per half-hour

Private Health Insurance

Clients who have private health insurance that includes the appropriate cover, will also be able to claim a rebate for speech pathology services. Please check inclusions in your cover.

• individual therapy - $190 per hour / $95 per half-hour

Privately funded - no referral required

Carers, individuals and organisations can contact Michele directly, without a referral, to request speech pathology services.
